Are all your products gluten-free?

Yes! We are a dedicated gluten-free bakery and are a Certified Gluten-Free Dedicated Bakery endorsed by the Canadian Celiac Association. Our bakery is 100% gluten-free and all of our meals are safe for anyone avoiding gluten, including those with celiac disease.  


Are all your products nut-free?

Yes! We are a dedicated nut-free bakery which means that we do not use any ingredients containing or that could have come in contact with peanuts and tree nuts. All of our products are safe for those with both peanut and tree nut allergies. We use coconut in some of our facility as well as flax seeds so our products would not be safe for anyone with a coconut allergy or seed allergy.


Are all of your products dairy-free? What does it mean when a product is designated "DF"?

No, our items are not all dairy-free. We use dairy ingredients in a number of our products, however we provide a number of products that we do not contain dairy ingredients. These are highlighted on our store as "DF" to help distinguish which products are safe for those who are avoiding dairy. Please keep in mind that we cannot completely avoid the risk of cross-contamination of dairy-free items with dairy as we are not a dedicated dairy-free facility. 


What types of flour do you use in your products? 

We mix our own flour blends in the bakery and have many different flour blends that we use in our recipes. All our blends have a rice flour base and consist of all or some of the following ingredients, depending on the product: brown, sweet and white rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch and xantham gum. 


Are any of your products considered vegan?

We use animal products including eggs, meat, dairy and lard in many of our products. There are a few items that would be safe for someone following a vegan diet, including our date square and our lentil soup. Please visit the Contact Us page to be in touch with us with further questions.

Do I have to prepay to order your products online?

Yes, we require payment at the time of ordering when using the online store. If you have further questions or require special assistance with your order, please visit the Contact Us page to be in touch with us. 


Is it possible to have my order shipped to my own address or is it for pick-up in the bakery only?

We only provide pick up at our bakery for online orders and are unable to ship our products anywhere else at this time. At checkout, you can select a pick up date and time for your order and we will have your order ready and waiting for you at that time. 


Do you cater events or provide an opportunity for wholesale accounts?

We are able to put together large orders for events for pick up, however we do not provide in-person catering at events. We would be happy to discuss wholesale opportunities with you as well. Please visit the Contact Us page to be in touch with us.
